I enjoy long walks taken by fictional characters as I watch them from the comforts of my couch. I enjoy breakfast as much as Ron Swanson does. I once did that meme of "pick three fictional characters that represent your personality" and I was April Ludgate, Buffy Summers, and Lorelei Gilmore. Basically this means that during our sessions we have fun. I'd put it in the contract but I can't guarantee you'll like my jokes or that I'll kill any vampires.

I’ve been photographing all of my life but picked up a DSLR back in 2009. For me photos are a huge source of joy and a way to show the world the way I see it down to the tiniest of details in focus. I believe in the importance of empathy, compassion, and seeing the world from others’ perspectives. One thing that allows me to accomplish this better than anything I know is photography. Photos are powerful. They should tell a story. They should document a feeling. They should document real life.

I want to tell more stories through photography. I want to tell your story. Through telling your story I also want to tell my own.
